I would recommend you fully researching this before committing to one or the other.

Be careful you might be committing fraud if you go through with the deal.

You should only be looking for an agent once you have identified a market and completed the research necessary to be committed to that area.

If I could pay for an extra week, I definitely would have, but they make you commit to the length in the beginning.
