Wholesale land (Westlake, TX)
I have a FSBO property that the owner owns outright and is willing to sell with 5 acres of land. Owner is focused more on selling 5 acres the property is an "added bonus". The land is undeveloped and secluded but in a high end neighborhood (avg. house costs $1.2 mil). How do I estimate total cost with little to no comps?
