Hello, my name is Daniel Crisp I am 32 years old and my full-time occupation is Radiology Manager of an outpatient imaging center, but my passion is real estate investing. 

I wouldnt put certain subdivisions into this category, that are in small towns or part of a community, and are also 45 minutes commute to a more urban center. 

The builder showed me the framing company was just “following the software” and had designed a truss system that met in the center of the unit from the front/back and then perpendicular trusses cantilevered at the open staircase.

However, in examining the heaters it was noticed that our plans on double wall noise abatement, is causing problems with any electrical outlets on the adjoining walls.In the past we'd put up the fire wall between the two walls, but this GC thought that was wasteful since we'd have to drywall both sides of the wall and the center divider.

I'm probably going to ask a professional at a nursery/garden center so I'm not building something I don't have to. 

Pregnancy resource center, my local church, rental assistance programs, Young Life, free housing and financial donations to a food pantry, buying 4H animals at the county fair, kids sports, Habitat for Humanity, etc.I recommend separating business and charity.
