I'm wondering if anyone can recommend some part-time jobs I should consider given I'm pursuing a career as both an agent and investor.

I also don't know if I would invest in real estate as a career or as a hobby.

I specifically focused on "handyman" type jobs early on in my working career.

I know several local investors that started out their careers by buying, renovating then selling their personal residences every 12-24 months for their first 3,4-5 deals before they really started to get into real estate.
