Many of us in the startup sector have been burned (crappy IPOs, our equity watered down with each round of funding, etc).

(This couple also had their house burn down in a fire this past week). 

I agree with Troy, have done this a few times with occupied units where tenants get burned out at price points that attract lots of window shoppers.

It didn't help that their website was poorly created with illegible rants, stock photos and no real faces.So I quashed my burning desire to turn the clock back by a year and I moved on.A few days later, another LinkedIn came back.

This was the same time I was dealing with the same insurance company on a different rental house that burned down that was being rebuilt and at the time was threatening to cancel my insurance so I was overwhelmed with that whole fiasco.  

From what my plumber told me the city sewer had backed up and forced my ejector pump to burn out as it dead headed against the back up.

and I told you, 3% of all these airplanes will reach their destination... the rest will crash and burn.

You want to try to avoid burning bridges if it's not a fit because you never know who you will have to do a deal with in the future.Good luck!

Convey your ultimate business purpose in your business name.I've also heard that using your personal name is not the best idea since it gives you unwanted exposure.
