You know what you want to do  at an early age.

My investment objectives are primarily to build cash flow and equity which can be used for retirement at approximately age 67.

Sometimes all you need is a little verification from those that have done it before!

I will caution that the age of properties in most of the northeast make it a little tricky.

I already see some of my slightly older friends buying unnecessary luxuries that people my parents age have.
