Hello everyone!
I'm new to property investing, I'm still in the education phase. Before I go further a little about myself. My Name is Ben and I'm currently in the Navy living in Portsmouth VA. I'm getting ready to go recruiting in Washington State, where I plan to retire and stay. I'm interested in general contracting and remodeling homes. Thinking about using my Post 9/11 to fund my college in construction management. My guilty pleasure is I love Warhammer 40k books and video games. My goal is to have my own house flipping company to save for retirement age. I'm very good listener, when I can actually hear what their saying (hearing problems from Service) I'm very excited to interact and learn from everyone and do some networking.
