Hi everyone considering PA to purchase my 1st MF

Why should I consider investing in PA over Connecticut which is closer and easier for me to get too from the Bronx where I live

Are any of those areas worth investing in?

I found some properties in  allentown , scranton pa

Would  appreciate any feedback/suggestions you can share

Hi @Edwin De leon - I'd start investing where you think you have some kind of advantage, or a particular interest.  If it's easier to get to and you find good deals in Connecticut, then invest there.  Don't overcomplicate it.  Allentown has a lot of small multifamily inventory, but that doesn't make it "easy" to invest there.  Take some time and pick a market that you believe-in enough to invest in.

Take a trip to Allentown and Scranton and talk with some local investors, agents, PMs, etc. and weigh the pros and cons of those markets.
