I'm looking to start my wholesale advertising.

My wife and I are interested in supplementing our retirement accounts for that time 10-15 years down the road; plus we want to be able to finance our grandchildren's college educations.She is an accountant with a governmental tourism entity; and I am an IT worker for a large private retail company.

It's been over a year since I posted my question, I learned to advertise our property, interview, screen and choose the right tenants for our property.

@Jack MedfordWhen you say there are no properties you can find BRRRR deals on from the MLS do you mean as advertised as “come BRRRR this property” or literally you probably won’t ever find a deal that works for BRRRR off MLS?

Let's say the property is advertised as a 3 unit with one of the units being a basement/garden/attic unit.

I recommend setting up keyword alerts for each area as they are discussed in the forums daily with advertisements posted in the BiggerPockets marketplace hourly.

The success has been mainly in the uniqueness of the product, branding, and tourism industrty.

I posted about networking with other active investors and lenders in my area and BP removed the post because it was deemed an advertisement offer of goods and services.

Not advertising for business just stating there are plenty of folks like me that does this for a living for the right situation.I have one going in Temecula right now..
