Hey Everyone,I’m the co-owner of a small production company focused on Esports and Gaming content, but I’m diving into real estate investing and fascinated by the intersection of video marketing and property sales.After doing some research, I’ve noticed the pricing and usage for real estate video services can vary wildly—from $100 to $5,000 for anything from basic photo packages to full video suites with drone footage and social media clips.I’m really curious—how does this align with your experience?

My question is how do I bring investors to the table and have them interested in the niche.

I inherited a home on the Westbank and I am slowly beginning to renovate it, as I start an new career with Tulane college. 

Being we could do majority of the work ourselves now the house is worth well over 200k.

I’m fairly new to the self-managing/property management business and certainly new to dealing with section 8 tenants.I have a potential section 8 tenant who has inquired about one of my properties and they are in their opinion “disgusted” with the way the carpet looks however up until this point in my efforts of marketing the property I have not had one complaint concerning the carpet.That being said she has requested to rip out the carpet, in turn to replace the carpet with hardwood floors.

That's crazy the 28 unit is the same cost psf as a Duplex.
