haIf he doesn't pay and the 7 yr mark is coming up, consider recording it again (est. cost to record $15.00)  and let it ride for another 7yrs @ 10% interest.

@Anthony R. it's hard to determine any tax surprises without having a full picture of your financial situation.

Any of the inspectors Mark mentioned are more than capable if you feel you need to have an inspection prior to closing on the property.

Agents, can you give me a rough idea what percentage of listings in your area have the status changed to "hidden" at some point? The reason I ask is because Redfin, which pulls directly from the MLS, does not show...

So I reached out to my cousin who explained to me that our Childhood friend Anthony LOLLI has a real estate company called RAPID REALTY and their making some serious money renting apartments, he invited me down to the offfice which I now ironicly own but at the time it was the 1st and only Rapid Realty office, I took one look inside and I was In Love!!
