Has Anyone Used KKO for tax prep?

Any recommendations or advice with dealing with them?

They have a good marketing side to their business... but you never know how service really is in the end-game. I am a small fish, who is a value-oriented customer (I want great value at great price!)

I am interested in tax preparation for 4 properties held in LLC. Likely Schedule E, unless someone recommends 1065 or something else. May be interested in my personal tax preparation as well, if i move between MA, CA, NY and TX.
