Hemet is only 90 miles from LA,has a population of about 90,000 and is close to 2 major employers( casinos )The area also has a good size senior population and the town is still recovering from the foreclosure crisis but there has been a lot of sales due to the lower prices as compared to LA.You have to filter the listings and view the short sale,foreclosures and straight sales to get an accurate picture.As an investor you need to stick to your criteria and then search Hemet to evaluate what is really going on beneath the surface .

I know she works hard, has money and has time but I know she is short-tempered and has no business skill.The partnership worked fine for 2 years but in the end the challenges of the various projects made her tempers flare daily and she didn't understand the long-term business strategy so we amicably put together an exit strategy for her.You know your relative so evaluate them objectively.

One will note, NO AGENTS were involved or even aware this was going down.The BUYER/WHOLESALER finds the SELLER, evaluates the deal, negotiates an agreement with Sellers, and SELLERS and BUYER execute a mutually agreeable CONTRACT, wherein the SELLERS and the BUYER are the PRINCIPALS in this deal.

I have observed that condo and townhouse buyers only evaluate a building when buying and then ignore the potential headaches they can have with the HOA fees.
