I'm a serial entrepreneur that hasn't quite mastered, "my businesses working for me rather than me working for my businesses". Fortunately I've been successful enough to have cash flow that I plan on putting into rental properties to create MORE cash flow. I'm looking to be fairly passive. I don't have time to create a new business... YET. But maybe one day. Goals are to: Diversifying my portfolio, gaining experience in real estate and best of all... GAIN ANOTHER INCOME STREAM!
The San Diego market (where I live) seems a little to bubbly for me and I don't like the cash flow valuations here. So I'm currently evaluation several other markets: CA central coast and Central Valley of CA.
