@John WeidnerSince we're overseas and the area we do live in when we're not abroad (DC) is so overpriced, we decided to go with turn-key companies to start, since it streamlines and minimizes a lot of the work.

I find that using a flat fee listing is SO worth the money.

We are gonna accept the house as is so I don't think we will get it inspected unless the lender wants us to, which I assume they will so I guess ok :-) Yeah if we cant get a mortgage on it then it will be a no go, so I hope since its a cheap mortgage on a livable house that a bank will let us.

I know, i've been in a bidding war like that, and it gets frustrating when the over bid is so high.

I just found BP about a week ago and can not get enough of it, there is so much to learn here!
