Looking for realtor in Twin Cities, MN

Hello all,

My name's Eric and I am new to BP. I've been listening to podcasts the last couple weeks and signed up yesterday.

I rent in Brooklyn Park currently but want to buy a house in the next few months. I'm currently getting financing in order, hopefully will have a pre-approval letter this week sometime.

I am open to buying a fixer upper. Seems the inventory is so tight today though. I'm looking to see what options are out there.

If anyone has any recommended realtors I'd appreciate it to find who they are to talk ideas.

My goal is to buy a house and my first investment property within 12 months.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.

~Eric
