Any interest for an internet style meet up?

We have sourced deals from post cards, yellow letters, text campaigns, ringless voice-mail, cold calling, pocket agents, word of mouth, auction, internet, door knocking, driving for dollars and MLS.

Naturally, now the internet is showing me 100 plus ads a day of companies that promise real estate agents leads, buyers, and sellers. 

The current rent is slightly below market for the area, but the current owner is also paying for all utilities, including internet in both properties.

This is because many higher-income workers have jobs that easily transferred to a work-from-home environment (using the internet), allowing them to keep their jobs at roughly the same income level.

Hes very old school(not internet friendly) and does not believe I can find a deal in CT using the internet.

It almost sounds like you might be just reaching out to people blindly on the internet hoping they’ll lend you money.

@Zach Karp, @Jonathan Klemm, Correct, they are not affiliated with Chase Bank, and I was asking because I've been on their mailing list and seeing some opportunities.
