Any agent on here know of Legit lead gen companies?

Hi, 

So as a newer real estate agent, I'm working hard to fill my pipeline with leads. Naturally, now the internet is showing me 100 plus ads a day of companies that promise real estate agents leads, buyers, and sellers. 

Do any agents on here know of any legit companies that do deliver these leads? I would really appreciate your experience/insight. 

Also, how about StreetText? That run FB and Insta ads for you to capture leads. Heard anything good or bad about them?
