Hey BP Community! Help Me Win a Bet

Hey all,

I live in CT and I have a bet with my neighbor who flips houses that I can bring him a wholesale deal by using the community power of Biggerpockets. Hes very old school(not internet friendly) and does not believe I can find a deal in CT using the internet. So I come to you here on BP. If you know any wholesalers in the area please help me out and comment below.
