If you like people, are organized, can approach it from a "business" point of view, not just the latest "cool" thing and if you can stick with it.If you find an area that has good hotel usage you can use their numbers to figure out occupancy rates.

To mine and my wife's ears it sounded like it was on the opposite side near the circuit breaker, furnace, and modem/router.One of the tenants was very concerned about the possibility of it being dangerous - possibly carbon monoxide, and this morning mentioned that she would be staying in a hotel until it's resolved, so I had the fire department out today to check for carbon monoxide and they didn't find anything and they even told her pretty much what I've been saying this entire time which is - you might need to sit down in the basement until you hear it and move closer and closer to where it's coming from until you can figure it out.

However, they didn't build all those 4000-5000 room hotels by giving everyone who walks in $1000, probably the reverse of that.I always look at booking calendars when people tell me they're killing it.Randomly I chose a pretty nice looking "cabin" 5 bedroom in Sevierville....which I've probably never been to or remember anything about.

Charge a certain amount per day from the money held back if they go past the deadline. you want to make the amount they pay considerably more than a hotel room or why would they ever leave.
