What was the experience of motel owners during 2008 and 2009 due to the recession. Did you find that budget hotels (motel 6, super 8, ect...) were more recession resistant, or did you find your profits went down significantly or you had a losing year.

Forget revenue.  What is your cash flow before income taxes?   Then what is your P/I for the year?  Keep the P/I as two separate numbers for discussion purposes.

You can have $5mm revenue and lose money.
