I would consider outdoor security cameras, that way you have video evidence if the cat is entering/leaving the premisis.

Its basically just an offer submission system online, as opposed to submitting to the listing agent, they enter it online, the listing agent then uploads the offer into the bank portal Equator.com.

You can't enter into a financing arrangement or a commitment to finance and assign that arrangement, the owner must agree to finance that buyer.I'd think at that price, less than the cost of a car, you need to stick to cash buyers and not suffer the excessive brain damage. :)

It is the process to remove someone who entered under color of title but does not remain under color of title..It is my understanding that in many states you can illegally enter and claim to be a tenant simply by living there as short as one day.

As it's well-known, it's very difficult to achieve something near the 2% rule in markets like Honolulu and the Bay Area so having a large factor like HOA fees out of our control increases our anxiety about condos being our first purchase.Although we are apprehensive about entering a RE market with such high entry prices, we are even more apprehensive about investing remotely (only other market we are interested in is the SF Bay Area, where both of our families are).
