Realtors with HomePath Experience (Pa.)
Hello -
I currently have 3 rentals (single-family homes) and am interested in working with a realtor who has experience with completing purchases via HomePath.com. I live in Hunterdon County, NJ but am interested in purchasing a SFH in Lehigh Valley, Pa. (Easton - Allentown - Bethlehem, etc.)
I'd also be interested in BP community feedback on working with realtors for investment properties - do your require your realtors to have HomePath experience, based on the complexity or do you just work with realtors as long as they have investment experience?
Appreciate your perspective.

KM,
I agree with the other posts so far. Finding an agent familiar with Homepath experience shouldn't be a major concern. Ideally you want to find an agent that is an investor. Someone who knows the numbers and the area.
