Engineering quotes were outrageous for creating the plan and if I understand correctly I don't think they are rocket science.The founder of Spanx was able to figure out a way to write her own patents, so I'm hoping I can figure out how to create my own storm water management plan for putting down a basic gravel pad.Thanks everyone!

I just try to figure it out on basic paper and calculator,   I have only 12th grade education.  

Thought about just building because I can get a basic house completed in about 90 days after receiving permit, but haven't been able to find any decent lots.

If I get a lawyer do I have to pay the fees or can the court make them pay for the lawyer fees? 

Basically, instead of testing every outlet and door handle, he is inspecting the larger and more concerning items, i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, drainage, attic space, foundation, crawl space/basement, etc.PM me if you want his info.

@Dan D. turnkey property you are delaying the need to build your own team down the years (assuming they have done solid work in the property) the basic question you need to ask what is the IRR you are trying to target how actively you like to involve.
