Hello from North Carolina

Hello BP members,

I am currently living in North Carolina and in the process of learning the basics of real estate investing, and operating in the RTP area. My first goal, as posted on my page, is to buy a tri/four plex in my area. My hope right now is to find a real estate agent to collaborate with.

I plan to actively participate on the forums and cannot wait to speak with many of you.

Choosing the right agent will make you money. If you choose wrong, it will cost you. Go to the REI meetings and ask who is the best 'investor friendly' Realtor and ask if they are taking on new clients.

I'm near the Charlotte market and I am not taking on new clients.  I service about a dozen investors and they keep me jumping!  Good luck and welcome aboard
