They aren’t there when a tenant is devastated that their tire blew and they don’t have a jack to change to a spare.

I am tired of JVing and I am tired of competing with other offers on properties listed on the MLS.

Its as simple as this i go on auction.com find a house in a neighborhood i know that has value for around 40 to 50 thousand but the neighborhood is less desirable so nobody really wants it and the bank is tired of holding it.

I couldn't be more tired of hearing the self-management thing.

The tenant finally moved (she was probably tired of her bf being targeted and the place getting shot up) and it has been quiet ever since, but I wish I would have been more responsive to somehow get them out quicker (such as speak with the owner of the property, which I didn't).Had they not moved I would have looked into legal recourse against the PM company and the owner of the property (you would think the owner would have been tired of their house being shot up but apparently not).

However, there is no harm in engaging a mortgage broker to discuss your financial situation, determine what you are eligible to buy and to continue to kick the tires by getting to know your market.
