Honestly, I needed number 1 the most when I started investing in real estate. I may have been able to save about 3 years of trial and error in the beginning. Share your thoughts in the comment sections .

1. Improve Success Timing

2. Reduce and Mitigate Possible Risks

3. Support with Mental Blocks

4. A Streamlined in Advance

5. Reaching Your Full Potential

I Agree.  Especially # 1 and # 2.

I mentioned in a post last week, that I would be starting a mentorship program. A seasoned Poster then commented that spending money on a Mentorship/Coaching is lazy.   "Why would anyone spend money when you can learn it for free."

I have been reading and studying for 3 years now.

So for me it would be time.   I already work a 80+ work week and study after work.   I also read books at work on different investing strategies.  So I guess I could spend more countless hours studying and learning more. Sleep is overrated. Right!!

I'm pretty tired of the long work hours which only increased after Covid.
I decided to step it up and be mentored for accelerated success from someone who's been there, done that. I personally don't feel that I'm being lazy.

Time is money and I will get my investment back.

Thank you for your post.
