Must they maintain it such that HOA doesn't site you, who pays the fine or town or HOA site you. 

I am starting the jorney to learn and share in this platform.

Search for the National REIA and that site will list all the local REIAs.

I hope the above info gives better insight to the actual size of the zip code.if I wasn't so shy to out of site investing id be having a much easier time selecting location
