A facetime video will not tell you if it needs a new septic system or HVAC, or if there is a snake den on property that needs dealing with.  

I'm sure most of congress has utilized as 1031 exchange yet framing it this way will incentivize a lot of people to vote "yes".

Eventually a person working for the state was able to send in a correction form to the IRS to fix that problem...but it took a lot of effort on my part to work through the system to see who and how the monthly board payments could be changed from salary which is taxable to board which is not.The other time some folks that I never met, have no idea who they are, or anything about them, used my SSN as theirs for work they did at several chicken processing plants. 

We have discovered some of the downsides to septic (having to replace a full system now!)

If not, the $250 is still a sunk cost so forget about that part - you're comparing $700 to the cost of a new system.

Establish your software, systems etc.

A reverse osmosis system (for your drinking water taps only) will take care of the sodium, it's not a huge concern unless you have high blood pressure or on a salt restricted diet.

The city is very flexible.Install french drains or some type of drainage system to slope the water away. 

All of the above...plus get a look at their back end system.

I've thought about that, good to know there is a system to automate that!
