Flipping In a 100 year flood zone
Can someone help me understand for a flip in a 100 year flood plain if I need to elevate an existing property if I plan on adding an extension? What can I do to get around having to elevate the existing structure?
Details on flip:
-1500 sq ft property
-Full interior remodel
-500 sq ft addition
