Case in point, BofA saying they are going to test a rental program with 1,000 homes which represents less than 1/10th of 1% of their entire portfolio in some form of distress.I am not sure the banks have entirely figured out how much money they are losing because much of their initial loss was insured as they wrote the properties down to zero.

It seems as though a lot of people are getting hammered lately for not properly documenting their test results, etc.

These three other outlets do not have the reset button but do have a sticker that says "GFI".So, based on your post Joel (and the others as well), I assume there could be an issue with any of the 4 outlets and I should test each one.

I guess my question(s) are how thorough do they test?

So we have slightly changed our approach on some of our rehabs to test the market and we have sold our light rehabs and ended up making more money because we spent less in rehab.

Hard to test though.

But I do plan to test it this summer.

There is a neat site that does A/B testing to see which item people like most, A or B.
