We’re making a scouting trip out in May.

I had made trips to courthouse to track down potential beneficiaries, discovered structural issues in the house, written hardship letters for the estate, and even outed fraudsters attempting to rip off the auction process.

I'm taking a trip to Columbus Ohio from Jan 11-Jan 15 to do some team building/networking.

That space is so competitive there will be lenders tripping over each other to help you cash out sooner.  

I have a short trip scheduled in February to get eyes on the city and network with as many agents, investors, wholesalers I can.

Some will require a trip to their office to do it in person.

Deb Drexler   One other thing here - if you go stay at your place for a week - are you there for personal use or is it a business trip bc you’re fixing things up?

My current role is IT focused,  In previous lives I was a carpenter, carpet installer, flood and fire restoration, long haul truck driver, waiter, garbage man, bus boy, and just about every other job you can think of.   

I’ve seen strong demand for the “old fashioned” road trip to national parks.
