Hello everyone! I'm taking a trip to Columbus Ohio from Jan 11-Jan 15 to do some team building/networking. Currently looking to purchase my first SFR investment using the BRRRR method. @Ignacio Linares if you don't have any breweries planned out yet I have to recommend Wolfes Ridge, they have a great taproom off the alley in the back of their restaurant and really have, in my opinion, the best beers in the city.  For contractors I'd for sure put @Charlie Scheiderer on your meetings list.  Hope you have a wonderful time here!
