Also on the 1 acre lot is a 2 bed/2 bath trailer, two 2 bed/1 bath trailers, a 2 bed/1 bath single family home and a 3 bed/1 bath single family home.

For much of it I travel back n forth between my new home, Phoenix, and oversee projects for weeks at a time.

I think this is primarily for second homes for people who can no longer travel and looking for vacation homes for their families.  

Might be worth trying to fill with a traveling nurse or Med-term renter to carry you until your “season” starts.

I spent a lot of time spinning my wheels here because there are SO many avenues to travel down it is very easy to get off track and feel discouraged.  

They lived in a small camping trailer there on the lot with 4 kids and even allowed some friends to build a tent structure to take up residence in.

I'm out of my element and really need some advice from someone who has traveled this road. 

The devastation to the travel industry wrought by the Covid-19 pandemic continued to hold Los Angeles International Airport in its grip in May (June & July are not released yet).

I am open to all parts of Michigan, we go up there at least once a year to visit the in laws so it would be easy to check on the property and write off some travel.
