California Housing Outlook
Hi Everyone,
Just wondering what you think the housing outlook will be in the future due to the COVID-19. There are currently 4 foreclosures in my town; although homes are selling if priced right between 1 day and 3 weeks. I think this is primarily for second homes for people who can no longer travel and looking for vacation homes for their families. For California as a whole I wonder as I personally anticipate home values decreasing over the next 12 to 24 months. I don't have any real data to back that feeling up (yes, I shouldn't go by feelings but facts). I just can't imagine there won't be people out there who are able to continue paying their mortgages if we don't open the economy back-up. Just wondering what other people's thoughts on this subject are.
