Real estate investing in New Hampshire

Hello!

My partner and I are new to real estate investing and excited to purchase our first (of many) multi-family property in N.H. We are natives to N.H., so we are very familiar with the towns we are looking in, however would love to begin networking with those who are in the industry.

Our market tends to be more expensive and smaller than a lot of the BP podcast interview examples. Does anyone have experience with real estate in more expensive and smaller (40k populated towns) markets? And, if so, any advice?

Looking forward to hearing what everyone has to say. Thank you!

Jordyn
