Dave Alessandria Northeast Tennessee Newcomer Looking to Start Networking
18 September 2020 | 1 reply
I have a lot of experience in home upkeep and have conducted a few moderate renovations in my homes to date including building a full bathroom out of a corner of a converted garage, and converting an old conventional boiler system into a modern, high-efficiency tankless combination boiler that uses 1/3 of the energy and takes up 1/10 the space and all of the plumbing, electrical, and framing, drywall, tiling etc. that went along with those jobs so I'd be more than happy to offer services to anyone needing help with property management, handyman, or rehab work.

18 January 2021 | 48 replies
