I work for a technology company that services no-profits such as Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association.

I am looking to do cash out refinance on these non warrantables condo to buy more properties but I am having a  difficulty in  finding  lenders who can do that as I have high D/E ratio ( due to high number of financed properties ).

The current wood picket fence is in very poor condition with sections so rotted that I'm having difficulty screwing in replacement pickets.
