Hey everyone! I just got interested in real estate about a week ago but its peaked my interest more than anything has in the past. I can't wait to get my first property (hopefully multifamily). It'll be a while before that happens though, for now I'm just reading some books from Brandon Turner. I'm planning to go to some real estate meetups soon to have some one on one with people in the game and hopefully get a few phone numbers down.

Not gonna lie though, I got kind of discouraged because there are not a lot of multifamily homes for sale in my area (based on loopnet, craigslist, etc..). I planned on getting a 203k loan due to not having much money but hey, things change and I can always alter my plans if needed.

I'm looking forward to talking with all of you and hopefully getting some advice when I'm stuck. Well, that's all for now, good luck in all your investments!
