However, I will say that most successful investors I've read about and talked with, will only invest in areas they are familiar with, or have very efficient systems in place to overcome the distance. 

But if you want to be like the other 10%, and strive towards being successful, you need to take action. 

Personally, I've had better success sending blind offers to owners and taking it from there.Happy to help any way I can.
