It's fairly hard to find houses in the Cherry Creek High School service area that are less than $300k.

There's still a lot of fix and flip activity in the North Atlanta Suburbs but they are at a higher price point in relation to the rest of the Atlanta market.

My partner and I both have good credit and good jobs at major financial services firms but limited capital.
