Ive contacted several through realty websites like Zillow, and Realtor but it seems they are too busy to get back to me.  2 weeks and no response or follow up.  

Finally, what is the ease of collection for that neighborhood and will your tenant applicant pool have bank accounts that allow you to do online rent collection vs in person or mail-in checks?

I need  experience in the Rehab/flip arena and like the looks of the opportunities in the Auctions online.

I'm new as well, you posted this 3 months ago and you still have not gotten a response.

I am open to any suggestions or advice, but please back your advice up with data like response rates etc.

This afternoon I went online and created a LLC. for this rental property and a side business that I started earlier this summer (the side business is totally unrelated to real estate).

You can't just read online forums and expect to do the same thing they do.
