What are your opinions about investing in SFH or multifamily in the Boise region specifically?

I’ve even thought about buying the land and developing a street with duplexes or 4-plexes on it.

This is not the best neighborhood, but I am seeing a lot of development in the area (new construction builds etc).

Hello,Does anyone have a recommendation for a closing attorney that also has some knowledge in drafting/reviewing rental agreements and documents in the Spartanburg region?
