Remember, if you don't own the land you could always work with the current owners and negotiate how you are the "Owners representative"  then when you approach other developers you will have a agreement with the land owner that you must be involved and will receive some compensation and authority

However, if you own real estate with a durable income stream, with high-demand space like multifamily industrial or something with long-term, credit tenants, it seems very reasonable to me to hold onto that asset to receive the benefit of the long term appreciation that seems sure to come.The biggest winners in this crisis will be those who have the aptitude to manage their portfolio through the hard times, the resources and courage to buy when no one else wants to and the knowledge to recognize that time when it comes.Please keep in mind that these are my own personal views and that nothing here is intended to be investment advice.

The Southern Nevada Region Housing Authority (SNRHA) is the office that administers section 8, is closed and maybe will re-open later this month or next.

Most rental laws are state statutes, therefore county sites typically don't have specifics on rental laws unless you are searching for Housing Authority (Section 8) information for the county your rental is located.
