Forced Evictions due to court shutdowns.

I’ve been hearing from other landlord groups that people are thinking about a forced eviction. Landlords are thinking about turning off utilities in order to get the non paying tenant out. There are no courts to resolve these issues between the two parties. How do you feel about landlords taking matters into their own hands and preforming forced evictions?
