I recognize the challenges with STR in the city but would love to learn more about the viability of a MTR, especially if I am using the property during the most desirable season.

If you're genuinely worried about housekeeping costs eating up your cash flow, your margins are too slim to make the investment worthwhile.

If there is more than one responsible party, the entity may list whichever party the entity wants the IRS to recognize as the responsible party.

Some states will not recognize an out of state LLC and you could lose some of the protections that make an LLC worth while.
