Our ultimate goal is to broaden our business portfolio to include our current advertising business, a property management company, sales and mortgage company and construction company to capitalize on all aspects of the business.As I said, we just purchased our first property and are looking forward to getting it back on the market ASAP to realize real estate profits that I know are out there.

Sadly, after returning home and realizing that they got ripped off on all the stuff they bought, most people have no recourse.

(They bought these dogs maybe 6 months ago, and weve been putting up with it since)I realized yesterday that this was completely unacceptable, and that these animals were literally affecting our property, its usage, our privacy, and our well being in the community.We called and left a message 90 days ago, and also sent a letter to the owners, and heard no response.

One thing I realized just over the course of the last few days is how in any persons life it's odd in that some areas you can feel limitless and have an extremely good understanding of.

I realize that's not always possible.

And then after you run the numbers, realize that you might lose money if your property goes unrented above your vacancy rate, and/or you get a bad apple that destroys your home and decides to never leave and live rent free.
