Hello All -

We (my wife and 2 children) live 15 minutes North of Pittsburgh, Pa. and are very anxious to make some money in Real Estate. We went to Robert Kiyosaki's seminar when it came to Pittsburgh several years ago and just bought our first true investment property 5 days ago. Previously, we bought 2 houses and lived in them while we made repairs, but this one was a straight up investment purchase and we close on January 26th 2007 - what a rush.

We own an advertising business and have built the company to a 58% profit margin over 4 years with 3 current employees. We figure for 2007, we can let the primary business run while we flip real estate. Our goal is to start with 1 house per month in the first few months and finish the year with a total of 20 properties flipped at a net profit of $250-300k. During high school and through my first 3 years of college, I helped in the family construction business so I was able to get some great experience. We built many homes from footer to finish and did many remodel jobs over the years. Our ultimate goal is to broaden our business portfolio to include our current advertising business, a property management company, sales and mortgage company and construction company to capitalize on all aspects of the business.

As I said, we just purchased our first property and are looking forward to getting it back on the market ASAP to realize real estate profits that I know are out there. We look forward to utilizing the forum to gain and post knowledge of our experiences.

Have a Happy and Safe New Year,

Paul Husing
