It's on my BP profile, it is on my company website (go to Disclosures at the bottom of the page), and anytime I tell people I can refer them to turnkeys on the forums, I do tell them I can make a referral fee if they buy ("can" being because I don't make referral fees from everyone I refer for.

Hi there, I invest in Hamilton Ontario and mainly focus in the West Harbour area.Downtown is going through some significant changes but you really need to know the area.Locke st area is definetly an A area, which can be tough to cashflow...prices have gone up considerably the last few years.Everything West of the General Hospital is good to invest in, flip opportunities are possible in that area if you go east prices come down and flip potential increases however for buy and hold the rental profile goes quickly down.I have some real good agents I can refer to you if you need.Good luck!
