Hi everyone,

My name is Eric Bates and I’m a new investor living in Atlanta, Ga. I’m currently a senior student at SCAD Atlanta, majoring in Television Producing and have over 3 years of professional experience in video production and photography. My goal in real estate is to become financially literate and free, have the ability to give in abundance, and establish wealth for my family and generation to come. I plan to accomplish this by first wholesaling, rehabbing, and then by buying and holding. With your help, what I seek to accomplish for my family, others, and myself can be done.

With that being said, I look forward to the journey and interacting with this amazing group of real estate investors!
